Professor Bibhuti Bhushan Malik is a distinguished academic in the field of Sociology, currently serving at Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (a Central University), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. He has previously held key academic and administrative positions, Including Dean of the Ambedkar School of Social Sciences and Chairperson of the Department of Sociology. He has also served as Director of the Ambedkar Studies Centre (ASC), a research centre dedicated to the study and dissemination of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s ideas and contributions.

Over the past three decades, he has been actively engaged in teaching, research, and academic leadership in these areas. He has authored numerous policy reports, development manuals, and scholarly articles published in both English and Hindi.
